Competition Central / ITT we reconsider two games for competition
« on: December 21, 2008, 12:46:09 am »
I just wanna confirm something. Was anything ever decided for SEGA Superstars Tennis and MSOG?
They're both Sonic games as far as I'm (and other people are) concerned.

Is there a reason why they're not being added or were things just never decided?

Don't pull the whole "not competitive enough" route since that is so not true for MSOG.

General Sonic / Sonic Shuffle Re-Trademarked!
« on: December 16, 2008, 04:04:40 pm »
Does it surprise you that I'm the one who's bringing you this juicy info? :O

I'm still in disbelief but... see for yourself:
http://www.destructoid.com/sonic-shuffle-re-trademarked-by-sega-could-be-nothing-114872.phtml

This may mean nothing but let's I hope it's something!
If they DO bring Sonic Shuffle back and/or make a sequel, I'd be so happy. I'd be re-assured that they HAVE listened all these years. The Wii is the perfect opportunity to bring it back. I've always said that. I just hope my hopes aren't dashed to pieces but if they are, serves me right for setting myself up. XD It's just so close... At least they THOUGHT about Sonic Shuffle. That alone I'm happy about. :P

It's funny... just the other day I snagged the championship after finally realizing that Shuffle charts do exist.

Gaming and Grazing / KS8's Vid Requests and Challenges Topic
« on: October 20, 2008, 10:51:06 am »
Now that I got my adapter for my camera I can do unlimited videos, in essence. As such, I'm excepting even more vid requests than usual.

If you don't know whether or not I have a game, simply ask. I'm accepting requests for SOME DS Games also. It depends on the game though.

You can make requests for any Wii/VC/WiiWare game I have. These requests could include things like Time Trials, score runs in stages/songs, footage of a mini-game, beating a boss, that sort of thing.

You can even make your own challenges (so long as they're actually ATTAINABLE) and I'll attempt them. Such a challenge could be something along the lines of, "Clear a certain mission in a certain amount of time without using a certain skill" or "Beat the stage without ever sustaining damage".

Be creative!!!

I'm VERY VERY eager to take requests so DONT BE SHY! Request away everyone!!!

If you wanna know what GC Games I have, I can give that to you. Also noteworthy is that I have Sonic 06 but 360 is out of commission atm.

Information Kiosk / Stats Still Haven't Been Mended
« on: October 20, 2008, 10:19:26 am »
My stats haven't reappeared as of yet from their disappearance a while back. I'm over the whole huge frustration thing for SOME games, but for other games like Heroes, I'm still ticked but I won't get into it further.

I tried submitting a stat for SRA (my first one, I just got a DS this past summer and got SRA with it and Professor Layton ;)) but it won't go through. By that I mean, it doesn't appear in New Stats, it doesn't appear in my Stats, it doesn't appear in the chart I submitted for and yet when I go to re-submit it just to double check there's not a problem, the stat IS there.

So what I'd like to know is... what's going on? I can't remember what happened last time with that whole mess. And maybe I don't want to remember.

But on the bright side, on Friday, the copy of Sonic Heroes I ordered off of eBay arrived. :o
Oh, and yes, I finally have SatSR. >_> Oh boy is THAT ever a long story (the situation with it, not the game itself).
Oh, and I got S06 off of eBay a while back also except my father's 360 got Red Ring'd...

But anyway, it's good to be back albeit for these minor setbacks. I'll be re-writing stuff in my Stat Book anyway so I'm not upset about the Stat loss too much. I just want to be able to re-submit stats again, that's all. :)

Oh and I'm doing a bit of experimenting with my signature... I may keep the TripleTags one or switch to my Mario Galaxy one but it may be too big. We'll see.

Competition Central / SEGA Superstars Tennis?
« on: March 31, 2008, 12:59:37 pm »
So, you guys plan to add SEGA Superstars Tennis? If so, let me know and I can help you with divisions. (It's a great game, btw. I wish I could buy it.)

Competition Central / Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity - Competition Topic
« on: January 06, 2008, 05:51:36 pm »
I can't believe it's coming out this week!!! :o

Anyway, competition thread, as per usual.
Same suit as Rivals 2.
Any discussion on the game once someone gets it would be much appreciated. I really hope I get some $ this week so I can buy it... :(

Otherwise, I won't post somewhat-speculatory classes, even though I know level names, etc. I'll just wait till the game. And boy I'll tell you, I can't wait. :)

Gaming and Grazing / PR, GL... what else? Look here if you're interested.
« on: January 02, 2008, 06:26:35 pm »
Dunno if I'm allowed to do this but I'll post it anyway and see what happens.
If I need to lock it, I'm willing to upon request.

I'm trying to get a Wii Points Card so I can buy Starfox 64 since it was stolen from me. :(

http://www.rewards1.com/index.php?referrer_id=4690 - This site has been stellar in helping me do that.

Better than GamingLagoon, and PrizeRebel no doubt.
GamingLagoon requires a phone verification which screams of coming back to haunt you later and as for PrizeRebel, well, they're ridiculous, really.

As everyone knows, I'm CDN and as such, they only have a limited number of CDN offers. The stupidest part is that I can only get a maximum of 19 points and a Wii Points Card requires 20. <_<

How ridiculous is that!

Rewards1 is a great site that you should seriously consider if you're into this kind of stuff.

If you sign up using the link I provided up above (again, that's http://www.rewards1.com/index.php?referrer_id=4690), you'll be able to help me gain some points towards getting a Wii Points Card. I only get a small fraction of points if you were to sign up using the link I gave you but it really does go a long way in helping me. You don't lose points for signing up with the link above and I only gain 20% of what you make. Thus, it GREATLY helps in the long run if you were to be dedicated to the site and earn points steadily. Even if you don't, a few points helps a lot.

I REALLY appreciate this (just the fact that you're reading this with an open mind but I won't rule objectivity out) and I thank anyone in advance for their help in this matter greatly.

I can already predict a flood of critical posts so let's have them while I'm in the mood...

If not, please seriously consider helping me out. I'd really appreciate it.

Gaming and Grazing / NiGHTS: JOD - Discussion Topic
« on: December 18, 2007, 04:22:04 pm »
So... I imagine SJ has it already but who else has picked up NiGHTS yet?

Care to discuss/share your impressions on it. Is it any good? Anyone try the Wi-Fi yet? It seems somewhat basic to me for some reason but it's welcomed, I'll give it that.

Otherwise, I imagine it won't get added (due to eggFL's fight for Christmas NiGHTS) but you can discuss your best times/scores and whatnot here as well.

Gaming and Grazing / Wii Gifting?
« on: December 18, 2007, 04:19:43 pm »
Does anyone have a lot of money that they'd be willing to forego $5 (500 Wii Pts) to gift me Super Mario Bros. 3 or Kirby's Adventure?

There are only 4 games on the VC I (really) want (Donkey Kong Country 1 and 2 and I really want SMB3 and KA) but money is really tight for me - it always has been.

If yes, my Wii # is in the Wii Number Thread. To be nice (it's the least I could do), it's: 6999 4383 2199 5308
If not, I understand and Wii owners can use this topic to list the VC Games they want gifted to them if they could.

Just thought I'd pitch this out there. It's worth a shot I guess.

Competition Central / I still don't get why... (Here we go again.)
« on: December 17, 2007, 08:51:44 am »
I still don't understand why many of the proposals still haven't gone up.

What I'm most concerned about is Sonic Riders missions. I have really good stats here and as we've already evaluated which ones are truly valid, I don't see why they still haven't gone up, espeically since a lot of them are more competition worthy than the ones form S06 (example: Test of Intelligence/Love).

As for the others, though, I don't know what's the issue.
And don't get me started on Shuffle. I've almost lost hope.

Aside from Shuffle (before I start to digress), the others should be up.

The proposals in question are:

Heroes/SS Scores
Battle/Times
Shuffle (May as well ignore it as you always have)
Riders/Missions
Drift 1/Fastest Laps
Drift 2/Fastest Laps
S3(K)/SS Scores
S3DB/SS Rings
Rush/SS

I just thought it would be prudent to bring them up again for the sake of emphasis, in that it's taken way too long for things that should've been up from the start. But anyway, I'm pleased that the list has been cut down by a lot. Things I thought Rolken would leave until the very end (or never) ended up going up (ex: Advance Rings, etc.)

I know there may be a flood of posts (if not the first one) criticizing me once again but it bears re-emphasis.

I'll leave you to discuss w/ the list rearranged in terms of priority:

Battle/Times
Heroes/SS Scores
Riders/Missions
Drift 1/Fastest Laps
Drift 2/Fastest Laps
Rush/SS
S3(K)/SS Scores
S3DB/SS Rings
Shuffle (Should be higher but it probably won't be added anyway)

Competition Central / MSOG Competition Topic
« on: December 05, 2007, 09:05:52 pm »
Since noone would even know I'm adding MSOG to the list, I'm deciding to pitch further issues/questions here. I only rented it. I'm really surprised actually, I thought it'd be worse. 8.2/10 if I had to rate it. Other Party Games top it though but only by a little.

Anyway, since Im on my Wii, Im not typing TOO much other than the fact that all games will be added, safe for:
*Dream/Normal T-Tennis
*Dream/Normal Fencing
*High Jump (Max: 2.60m - not easy but not hard; I've gotten it)
I'm not sure about Pole Vault as I havent unlocked it yet.. I imagine theres a max for the bar as well.

And yeah, Dream Race WILL be added. Im not sure about the Diving b/c I have yet to unlock it.

The gallery games? No. Its level of competition is very questionable, not to mention not worth adding.

Bound Ball is the ONLY one w/ potential (i.e., Lvs 3-5).

Anyway, post if you care.

Wikkity! / Post your current School Average
« on: December 05, 2007, 08:58:25 pm »
Just curious. I'm wondering if Sonic impacts your grades I guess. :p

Anyway, mine's a 92%.
...and I am FAR from a "nerd". Stereotypically (I am against STs entirely.. among other things), youd probably dub me as being one anyway.. XD

Competition Central / Sonic Rivals 2 Competition Topic
« on: November 13, 2007, 03:41:00 pm »
This will probably be better suited for Auriman than me since hes getting it the day of I believe and Im getting a Wii game instead.

Anyway, just thought I'd create the topic for argument's sake.

Will say more in the near future (as will AMan I'm sure). :)

General Sonic / RUMOR: Wii follow-up?
« on: November 11, 2007, 03:31:09 pm »
http://gonintendo.com/?p=29197

This raises the question:
Will it be a Secret Rings sequel or an entirely new Sonic game with a whole new story? I'm hoping for the latter.

Anyway, it's good to know a new Sonic game's alreayd in develop't.. even if a Wii version hasn't been confirmed officially (although I think it's safe to say that they won't rule a Wii version out, or even a Wii exclusive for that matter).

SEGA Superstars Tennis was already a great announcement (especially since I'm extremely fond of Mario Power Tennis; imagine how much better it'll be when playing w/ the SEGA cast.. maybe even Big.. hopefully... and Billy Hatcher) and to hear that another one is in progress is somewhat heartwarming. :)

Just thought I'd share.

General Sonic / Notable Price Drops
« on: September 28, 2007, 05:51:47 pm »
Thought this was noteworthy. Wal-Mart's having an anniversary sale. Naturally, games are docked down in prices drastically in some cases.

Over here in Canada, I spot two Sonic games in this week's flyer:

Sonic Rivals: Now 14.83!!
Sonic and the Secret Rings: Now 28.83!!

Maybe the US has similar sales if you're not CDN like me.
But I'm definitely buying Rivals as I can get back into the competition. Even if Rivals 2 is just around the corner.

As for SatSR... I'm not sure. This is a good opportunity and I could get back into competition... I'll have to see... I dunno. Thoughts?

edit:
BTW, anyone know the lowest prices for S06 by any chance? Even if it is in US, just tell me the retailer and I'll check the price here. I remember seeing it for 24.99 in a Best Buy flyer over the summer!! :o

If only I had a 360 then... :(

16
General Sonic / Heh heh. Didn't think this would happen...
« on: September 28, 2007, 05:32:13 pm »
As I was telling Auriman and SJ, my father bought a 360 behind my back for himself, which means.. I can FINALLY get STH06 and compete!

I don't care how bad it is, it doesn't seem THAT bad. I'm not that overly-critical about the game. Then again, I'm not setting up myself for disappointment.

All I'm saying is that I'm enrolling someday soon. And I can FINALLY play Wave Ocean. :D

Anything I should know about the game other than the Story (I already have all the cutscenes on my PC... or had anyway - they're on disks now)?

edit:
I Dl'd the demo yesterday and I am now convinced that S06 has been sorely misjudged by many, and that's only be my impressions of the demo. :o
The game is sweet already and I'm DEFINITELY going to try to buy it this weekend and start competing.

All I can say is, STH06 FTW!

Gaming and Grazing / Wi-Fi with Mario Strikers
« on: August 24, 2007, 09:20:35 am »
I've made this topic because I have purchased Mario Strikers Charged since it came out and it is amazing! I love it and I would really like to face people on Wi-Fi. Does anyone here on TSC have this spectacle of a game?

Who wants to exchange friend codes for matches and such?
Or, we could even organize some sort of tournament maybe like genus did with MKDS (now that I tried it online on my friend's DS, I can see why he started one).

General Sonic / The Elusive Stage Theme
« on: June 11, 2007, 01:55:59 pm »
I've been looking for this stage theme for a VERY long time, even before I unlocked the stage only recently. If you're still curious about what MP3 track I'm talking about, look here:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=1H2ZQS2K

See for yourself what it is. And thankfully it's the real rip, not the crappy MIDI version. Can you guess what it is?

Non-Sonic Site Discussion / PGC: Poll
« on: May 22, 2007, 04:54:49 pm »
Self-explanatory. I want to see who on TSC (already) may take part in my sub-site.

You can vote for up to 5 DIFFERENT games. Please don't vote for the same option multiple times, that'd defeat the purpose of what I'm trying to accomplish.

If things aren't going as I'd hoped, I'll change the rule.
Also, I won't vote to make the poll more "accurate".

Non-Sonic Site Discussion / TEBC Discussion
« on: April 09, 2007, 09:02:10 am »
Yes, I am going against what people have said but this most likely will not be a seperate center, rather, a sub-grouping/sub-division of a larger sub-site as I've come to a couple of realizations about the potential it has.

Anyone interested in helping me?

Categories:

Normal (two sub-divisions: Clear Time, Watts), Challenges (all timed: x:xx), Score Attack, Time Attack, Eternal, Bosses

*Not sure about Eternal. Once I unlock it in the first mission, I’ll see if it should be added or not…
Update: I unlocked Eternal for like Mission 20 or so. Basically, what happens is there are no time limits and you can take as long as you like, going as you see fit to locate all of the level’s Elebits. You can quit at any point in the game and your scores are recorded. Each stage has a maximum amount of Elebits hidden in the stage. To determine this max and to get high on the tables will be very difficult for later levels as for some it’ll take more than half an hour to do, without question. But this makes it for great competition which is why I am adding the Eternal missions to the list.

Information Kiosk / Mappin' Things Out
« on: April 08, 2007, 09:02:09 am »
I made a map for Sand Oasis for SatSR and I think a couple of other levels (on paper; I need to scan them). How can I submit them to the site? I did one for Riders sometime ago but I forgot. Do I just send it to an administrator?

I don’t care what anyone says, I am sticking by my decision to make this sub-site. I’ve been wanting to make a "group" or a "union", if you will, for Records and such for Blinx since 2 years ago. People on GS motivated me to. Now I can finally do it! I love it because the game’s are extremely underrated, yet, quite (if not very) competitive.

The sub-site encompasses the following games whereby there are instances of competition potential:

Blinx: The Time Sweeper
*All divisions complete.

Blinx 2: Masters of Time and Space
*All divisions complete.

_______________________________________

Categories:

Times, Scores, Bosses, Challenges, Extra

*Times: Obviously for both games. Records are recorded in Blinx.
*Scores: Both games but I need to go more in-depth:
-Scores for both games is the amount of Gold you receive from that stage (in Blinx 2, referred to as “Winnings”)
-RE: Blinx 2:
> I was going to have Scores for Blinx 2 but after testing the stages, I realized I forgot that enemies respawn as does trash/junk. This isn’t the case for all the stages, though. Some stages have Time Barrier enemies that don’t respawn. However, these levels still have the normal enemies that do. And I’m definitely not going to add Scores for Bosses. This case is only applicable for the Time Sweeper levels. In the TT Stages, enemies don’t respawn and you only earn bonus gold at the end for your remaining ammo, your remaining life and items you have in your possession; this gets added on top of the gold you get from certain enemies and the gold you can sometimes find scattered in the levels.
> Scratch that, Time Sweeper stages do have respawning trash/junk but you don’t get individual points for those. Only for the Time Controls and the Junk. There is a maximum you can hold of each depending on your skill level so it’ll be okay (think a little along the lines of SATSR Ring Max). I’ll need to evaluate each of the TS stages and see what becomes of it… I may end up removing it again like I originally suggested but we’ll see what happens.

>RESOLVED: Not adding Time Sweeper Score divisions. Only Scores for Tom Tom Gang.
-No scores for bosses, naturally.
*Bosses: Again, for both games.
*Challenges: Only for Blinx 2. There are a total of 50 Challenges. Certain ones have been selected of the 50.
*Extra: Two special missions in Blinx 2.

Non-Sonic Site Discussion / PGC/MGC
« on: April 07, 2007, 08:29:54 am »
Finally, my goals of creating a site strictly for my genre of choice and the competitive mini-games therein can be realized as now I have the means to which to execute it after so long...

Either Party Game or Mini-Game Center. Unsure ATM for the actual name… (More leaning towards the latter as I have a couple games that aren’t in the Party genre – see: SM64DS/New Mario Bros). I’m definitely taking the lead in this so don’t worry about that.

Encompasses the following games whereby there are instances of competition potential:
* indicates I have the game (for GBA, sometimes by Rom but not always)
(R) indicates I’ve rented it or tried it at some point and am familiar with how it’ll work for competition (some more than others, naturally)

Mario Party (1-8)
= I own 1, 6, and 7, Advance (ROM); tried them all except e-Reader but that won’t get added anyway
= 8 will be added once it gets released; will go more in-depth when I get it in June
*Fuzion Frenzy
*SpongeBob SquarePants: Lights, Camera, PANTS! (GC/PS2/Xbox)
*SpongeBob SquarePants: Lights, Camera, PANTS! (GBA)
SpongeBob SquarePants: Lights, Camera, PANTS! (PC)
*Rayman Raving Rabbids (Wii)
Rayman Raving Rabbids (GC/PS2/360/PS3) <-Same as above just different gameplay thus it’s separated.
Rayman Raving Rabbids (PC) <-See above.
Rayman Raving Rabbids (GBA/DS)
(R) Super Mario 64 DS
(R) New Super Mario Bros.
Warioware
 =Touched (DS)
 *=Twisted (GBA) – Have Rom
 *=Mega MicroGame$ (GBA) – Have Rom
 =Mega PartyGame$ (GC)
 =Smooth Moves (Wii)
(R) Barnyard (Wii)
Barnyard (GC/PS2/360/PS3) <-Same as Rayman.
Barnyard (GBA)

I really have to head on over to Elite Scores and submit my (potential and definite) world records, eh, yoshifan? (Monkey Wars and Keepy Up FTW! :D) as I can’t get over the fact that I can’t add Banana Blitz’s mini-games… Grr…

Other Potential Additions:
(Any of the ones that are crossed out can easily be added. Most have been crossed out due to the speculation that there would be lack of interest. Some, though, were crossed out due to their lack of “competitiveness” – if you will.)
*I would love to add Shuffle and SATSR to the list as it doesn’t seem like I’ll see either (especially the former) anytime soon. It’ll knock something off of Rolko’s ever-growing, and changing to-do List I guess. Thoughts? (I’m sceptical myself; maybe I shouldn’t but I am starting to grow a little impatient with Shuffle.)
(*) indicates I have the game.

Ape Escape Academy (Seems fitting to add but I need more info on the game…)
Ape Escape Academy 2 (We’ll see when it comes out.)
*The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie – GBA (Has timed mini-games if interested.)
*Madagascar (Some competitive mini-games. Actually, not really…)
Crash Boom Bang!
Pacman Fever
SEGA Superstars
Fuzion Frenzy 2
My Street
Nickelodeon Party Blast
Shrek: Super Party
SpongeBob SquarePants: Creature from the Krusty Krab
Cartoon Network Block Party
*Happy Feet
(Have the Wii version – not by choice)
Disney’s Party
*Disney Sports: Motocross (1 competitive game and one somewhat competitive game of the only 3 available in the game. Not worth it…)
*Rugrats: I Gotta Go Party (A couple are competitive from the one’s I’ve briefly tried but people won’t bother with this anyway. Not worth it in the long run.)
Tamagotchi: Party On! (It’s still a Party Game… We’ll see when it comes out although I don’t particularly want to add it but I can if it’s competitive/there’s interest.)

* Seemingly, there is no (major gameplay) difference between WarioWare: Mega PartyGame$ and Mega MicroGame$. I’ve grouped them together, so you’re aware.

Categories:

Times, Scores, Coins, Bosses, Extra, Proximity, Survival, Challenges, Distance

Notes :
*Coins = Mario Party games
*Bosses = Warioware, Rayman
*Extra = Extra games from Mario Party Games such as Mecha Fly Guy.
*Proximity = Games like Gimme a Brake that require you to get as close to 0.00 as possible. Should I just place these under Times? It can work that way too as opposed to having one division for the category for the applicable games.
*Survival = Rayman Raving Rabbids: Bunny Hunts (Survival Mode)
*Challenges = Rayman Raving Rabbids
*Distance = Distance games (not “proximity to 0.00 games”) are, essentially “how far can you go” games. Examples are Mecha Fly Guy, Bowser Toss (Mario Party), Bunnies don’t know what to do with cows (Raving Rabbids) and Super Squirt (Barnyard).

*Question: Should mini-games that have a countdown timer have a separate category or just put them under times as they will be different?

Divisions:
Notes:
*For Mario Party mini-games, all record games will be added, sometimes indicated by the following: “Record” or “(R)”.
*No luck-based or memory-based games will be added for any of the games. Most coin/bonus games will also not be added.
*Mini-games I’ve already eliminated for one reason or another will not appear on the lists. Only some mini-games (e.g, Rayman and some in Mario Party) will have a strikethrough through them.
*Most of the 1VS3 and the Item Mini-games will not be added unless (a) they are competitive or (b) they are record games. The 1VS3 mini-games that are added will only have divisions for the when you are placed by yourself/alone and against a team of 3. This is indicated by “(1)”. Those sub-divisions will be known as “Single Player”.
*Games that say “Counter” have a score tabulation during/at the end of the game. This does not refer to a countdown timer.
*If anyone knows why any of the WarioWare games shouldn’t be added, please let me know. I did cross out a couple cause I tried them. Otherwise, the rest haven’t been tested by me for competition. Your co-operation in this matter is appreciated as there are a lot of mini-games… In fact, this goes the same for any of the mini-games in any of the games, really. Also, if I’ve omitted a mini-game, it’s usually been for a good reason but if you have a reason why it should be added and/or you just want to know why I removed it from the list, just ask.

This subsite will only be for the SSX games. I'm thinking that because SSX3 already has an established community, the games following that, being SSX On Tour and SSX Blur (Wii Exclusive), should be for this subsite.

I have very good knowledge on both games - OT for Xbox and Blur for Wii (not yet purchased) - and I can take the lead in establishing this subsite.

Each game will have rules and categories for the chart divisions.

Anything that needs to be addressed at the moment should be mentioned.
Would anyone like to assist me in establishing this subsite?

Soon, I'll add a list of divisions for Blur. As for On Tour, as there are numerous events, I'll have to boot up my Xbox and write it all down.

*Stats can be recollected in Career Mode or in Quickplay. Any stats earned in any of the Tournaments must be proven with a screenshot as the stats earned here will not appear on the high-scores table in Quickplay.
*More to come most likely...

SSX On Tour:
*None at the moment...

I'll have to go through (pretty much EACH AND EVERYONE of) the missions in SSX On Tour. Can you imagine how long that's gonna take... X_X

Anyway, I'll get started on that soon.

Non-Sonic Site Discussion / My Suggestions
« on: March 22, 2007, 03:24:18 pm »
I grouped them all into one topic as I don't wanna flame the board.

Too bad we can't have Monkey Ball.. :'( I seriously have like (potential) world records for Banana Blitz. Grr... T_T

Other suggestions:
Rayman - Raving Rabbids
They do have "raymanzone.com" so maybe not...

SSX
DEFINITELY! Blur and On Tour I can vouch for. I'd love to take the lead in/assist in this area. Very competitive indeed. I really hope there isn't a community already. I'll check that after I post this...
edit: Only for SS3 apparently on the page. This is great. I know all there is to know on OT and Blur. This can really work. :)

WarioWare
There a site?

SEGA/Sonic Team
e.g. Billy Hatcher. Others? Or maybe this is a bad idea? I dunno, just throwing it out there.

Need for Speed
I can vouch for Most Wanted (PSP and Xbox), Hot Pursuit 2, Underground (1, 2) and Carbon. There's probably a site already. I'll check that as well.

Hot Shots Golf
Can vouch for Open Tee (PSP). Doubt there's a site but I'll check.

Blinx (1,2)
Don't think people will be interested... SSR reminds me of it. There definitely is not a community (there's hardly an "official site" other than on Xbox.Com) but I don't know if people will want to participate here... I can give details if anyone's interested...

Elebits?
I heard it's good but I can't vouch for it.

Party Games:
Can discuss the following: (will edit and add more)
-Fuzion Frenzy

Discuss away! :D
I better check those other ones for communities although I'm hoping there isn't one for SSX (Blur specifically).

Leaderboard Disputes / We'd Like to Call S&A to the Stage...
« on: February 22, 2007, 04:26:23 pm »
Well, me and Auriman1 felt this was necessary so I thought I'd execute the notion. Sonicandamy, your stats in Sonic Rivals has arised numerous suspicious and is leading us to raising our eyebrows more than they should...

Primary examples, thanks to Auriman, are:
http://www.soniccenter.org/rankings/sonic_rivals/times/forest_falls_1/anyone
http://www.soniccenter.org/rankings/sonic_rivals/times/meteor_base_2/anyone
http://www.soniccenter.org/rankings/sonic_rivals/scores/forest_falls_2/anyone
http://www.soniccenter.org/rankings/sonic_rivals/scores/meteor_base_2/anyone
http://www.soniccenter.org/rankings/sonic_rivals/rings/colosseum_highway_1/anyone
http://www.soniccenter.org/rankings/sonic_rivals/rings/sky_park_1/anyone

Sonicandamy, we're calling you out and we suggest you defend yourself as you're in a very bad position ATM, not just because of this...

Auriman feels, and I quote, that "now is the time [he'd] like to see [you] provide some solid video evidence of several of his ring and score runs, and at least that Forest Falls 1 time, since screenshot evidence is null and void in this game.  [Auriman's] been more suspicious of those rings and scores than any of [your] times from the start, although [he's] starting to doubt [your] ability to get such times, as well." These videos, though, had better show you "going from the main menu [to the stages], and show the entire psp screen."

Competition Central / Amigos for the Win! :)

I knew it wasn't a false rumor...

This is what I've looked forward to in 06 although I have yet to try it. I suggest new divisions but I'd also suggest a debate first. Otherwise, enjoy this to your leisure.

edit: rotfl. Wrong link! Was doing SatSR research and didn't copy link I guess. >_<
