Well, the problem was when SA2 was featured in the Season of races, people lost interest very quickly, which seems to be the case for alot of sonic games. If we did the same thing too often, I reckon people will get bored again

If we had the same game 4 times in a month, I bet people will get even more tired out with the games.

My only complaints, from when I do join them is how long it takes us to start. Even when we set time limits (which shouldn't even be there considering it's a 10pm start) people still consistently take even longer, while still "joined" preventing us from all starting. You need to get a proper timing system up, and if you do choose to extend the starting period, make sure we have an understanding with one of the SRL mods to remove them from the race if they repeatedly delay the start time. At this point after a year, the people over at SRL know it's a frequent thing so I'm sure they'd be able to help us out a little right?

That and people voting that don't even race. I understand voting and not being able to make it on the night, but voting because you want to see a certain race with no intentions of joining makes it a tad unfair to the other voters (even if the margin is considerably larger).

I've started to race less and less because I personally don't like the Hack nights and I'm not big on the 2D games so I only ever race certain 3D games. I would however be more likely to join if we had more 2D/3D mixed nights like we did with the special race night to give a bit of variety.

Circus' are always random each time you go into them. There's only around 5 or so types, but you can never be sure exactly which one you're getting.

I've had just over a week now to understand what can and can't be tracked properly in this game and I believe we can start setting up charts. First a little run down of each Category:

Times: In story or "normal play" mode there's only a countdown timer, and when you finish the stage it disappears and adds onto the score so this isn't a feasible way of tracking.
There's a "Time Attack" mode which should be used to obtain all Time records in this game as it tracks your time and also puts it on the global/national leaderboards if you're connected to the internet.

Rings: There are alot of them but there shouldn't really be any restrictions right now. I haven't come across any rings that respawn yet either. There is no tracker on the stage menu, though.

Scores: nowhere on the HUD is score tracked. The only place you see your score appear is at the end of the stage, but that's an accumulative score across the entire game so these can't be tracked.

Animals: Some people might think this could be tracked but if you die, all enemies and capsules re-spawn so you can gain infinite animals (unless there's a max such as 999 then maybe they could be tracked?).

Scores that high makes it sound like you're repeating dashramps/rings but If thats not the case, lay it on me! My goal for ages has been to hit 200k on ChunNan but that hasn't happened yet. Its too frustrating.

I mean if a stat, for example City Escape Mission 1 Times has more videos than it needs. It currently has 5 + different videos all by SonicGuitar with a different time each time. It isn't necessary, since he also has the record time too.

Well that's pretty unfortunate :/ You won't be getting records with that unless there is some new glitch found for PC. You can still get decent race times with it though.
