Is it allowed to play on Easy mode to get ring stats on Sonic Advance series?

I got all my ring statistics for Sonic Advance and Sonic Advance 2 playing on Nomal mode. If playing on Easy mode isn't allowed, we have to add a new rule about it under Rings category for the three Sonic Advance games.

Of course it's not. I can't see how anyone could think that it would be allowed.

Well, it's not ruled out anywhere. It should probably be a general rule, since I can't foresee a game using easy mode in the future.
