Are ties not counting as records now? I just submitted Sonic 1 times and tied for first in two of the times, but in my profile it doesnt say I have two records. So, do ties count for records?

That bug is actually because the records rely on a new 'game' variable attached to statistics which wasn't being handed off through the submissions system. It is now.
